As far as I know, there has yet to be a post on this, so I'll crack the news.
Who here saw Kinnear last night (technically this morning)? It was so cool.
They had tons of SW references. Fisher even talked about SW (the experience
and joked (I assume) about being queen Leia in a SW sequel).

At the beginning of the show, Fisher supposedly said that she did not want to
talk about SW. Then the SW theme blaired, Kinnear spazzed out, trying
frantically to stop it. He ran onto stage, which was cluttered with SW
props (Vader, etc.), and looked really worried. Later during the show, as
they went to a commercial, the classic "Luke, I am your father" scene from
TESB was done, but Kinnear took the part of Luke. It was quite amusing to
see his hand cut off and his responses to Vader. The scene culminated with
Vader saying "Luke, I am your father!" And Kinner, holding on with
one arm saying ecstatically, "Really?!" and opening his arms to Vader.
At that moment he lost his balance and fell. It was hilarious. I was
pleasantly surpised.

BTW, Fisher does have a great sense of humor (I really hope she was not
serious!).

Just though you'd like to know...

My favorite line from the Vader/Kinnear parody:

Vader: Join me and we will rule the galaxy.
Kinnear as Luke: Rule the Galaxy!?! I can't even WAVE anymore thanks to you!

AAAAAAARGH!!

Great! I watch all the other talk shows(Letterman, Tonite Show,
Conan O'screwup, etc...), and all she talks about is her dumb new book,
and now, the one I just _HAPPEN_ not to see because I have school the
next day, she actually says the word, "Star Wars"!! :)

It seems to me that the way she said this would necessitate her not
actually having _anything_ to do with SW at the moment - that would point
once again to the new movies not being prequels.

Know what I mean?
