Melina Carniss and Celina Marniss

[Sorry if this got posted twice, tin is acting up on me...]

I was just skimming Tales from the Empire and X-Wing: The Bacta
War when something caught my eye. The first story in Tales from the
Empire, by Timothy Zahn, features a Celina Marniss who is working as a
repairman when she meets Karrde. Bacta War features Melina Carniss, who
works for Karrde. Without ruining the Tales from The Empire story
(First Contact), anyone think these two people are the same person? I
didn't have access to Tales from Jabba's Palace so I couldn't see if
Melina Carniss was actually the name of Jabba's dance instructor as
Karrde claims she was.

SPOILERS:
Since we know that Celina was Mara Jade and works for Karrde,
and both Melina and Mara have green eyes, that does seem to increase the
likelihood of them being the same. But then it wouldn't explain why
Melina sends the location of the Yug'Dhul space station to Isard in
Bacta War (unless Mara still feels Empire sympathies.

Of course if Melina actually was the dance instructor that does
give an interesting look at how Mara creates an alias. :-)
