Warning Your Hotel Reservation Numbers Changed - Possible Confusion:
If you have a room reserved in the Hunt Valley Inn you should be aware
that the old reservation numbers are no longer valid and the new
Wyndham system had the data manually transferred possibly creating
typos in requested room amenities.(amenities like a request for a
roll-away bed) The old reservation numbers are going to be of little
help in confirming reservations. You can also sign up now for Wyndham
Rewards if you want and have the points for your Balticon stay
credited to your account.
To re-confirm your reservation you can call the Wyndham 800 numbers
(877-999-3223 and 800-996-3426). It has been reported people needed
to give them the address of the Hunt Valley Inn (245 Shawan Rd, Hunt
Valley, MD, 21031) in order for them to find the reservation based on
the attendee name alone. It would be a good idea to apply in advance
online for a Wyndham rewards number, if you want one.

It is also a good idea to call the Wyndham 800 numbers to get a new
confirmation number and then arrive with a confirmation number in hand
at hotel registration.
Of course on our side the Balticon Hotel Liaison Team will continue to
work to resolve any difficulties associated with this recent change in
hotel management.
