Hi:
My name is Christopher Jennings Penders and I just wanted to introduce
myself here. I came over from alt.horror. I'm also a writer who has had
some limited exposure in the small press. I have a "speculative" writers
website that I update regularly if anyone here is interested. The address
is in my sig.

And I should add my name to the list of new members. Mine is Chris Grant and I
was sent here by a friend in the SF.written group.

I have absolutely no exposure yet but I'm putting pen to page and sitting with
my toes crossed that when I do send my work, it will be published. If not,
it's back to the drawing board or actually the notebook.

Steve:
The quotes are there because speculative is a term I HAVE chosen to use. My
work is not exactly horror and not exactly SF thus I have chosen to use the
word speculative.

Sorry if this term w/the quotes confused you. It wasn't meant to do that at
all.

It's a "strange" use of quotation marks, which seems orthogonal to what
quotation marks are for. Of course, your CAPPING style seems INDIVIDUAL
as "well."
