Days of autumn! The air is as the breath of wine
That has brewed for days in cosy jars.
The birds are happy; their joyous bars
Raise the sun; remind him his task to shine.
So I, too, in my autumn, o Goddess of mine
Mellow as the ripe raw grape turns divine.
I, too, am like the birds, and make my plea
To You: my works - please, please, do see!
Unfinished, here; to be corrected, there;
Such thoughts will come to You spontaneously.
Yet I will for Love’s sake dare
Seek Your attention, courageously.
Mistakes I am not happy to make -
Help me them overcome, for Goodness’ sake!
