Why? What's to be proud of?

He never libeled Novins, and he never propagated the post that was the
subject of the litigation. This is about on par with Bill's apology for
nothing he ever did either. If the above post is not a forgery, it's
ridiculous. Then again, I can't really blame anyone who decides that
"apologizing" is preferable to what some of us have had to deal with for the
last year.

Judge Thompson today issued her opinion on the motion we filed several
months ago. Her conclusion:
"For the foregoing reasons, it is ORDERED, this 27th day of April, 2010
that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and for Judgment on the Pleadings [7] is
GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that all claims against Vincent Lamb and Carl Osterwald are
DISMISSED;

and it is further

ORDERED that Defendants Jim Kelso, Albert Young, Rick Mather, Sean
Monaghan, Google Inc., TSB Bearings, Inc., Databasix, Oakland Community
College, Vincent Lamb, and Carl Osterwald are TERMINATED as parties in this
action."

Hey, the blubbery mass of quivering flesh could always claim he
was disoriented by a sugar overload from munching box upon box
of Twinkies and then spending hours, in vain, trying to locate his
"pencil dick" ... until, finally, the dam burst and his obese carcass
verbally collided with Mr. Novins, a fine lawyer, who should be
like totally offended by the unwarranted attack from an obese
lard-ass and sue him for all it's worth.
