Kook of the Year

A just reward for the best Kook of the Month, the Kook of the Year award
(KotY) is elected from the list of all Kooks of the Months, of past and
present.

Nominations are *not* accepted for this award.

Here follows the one true ballot for the 2007 Usenet Kook of the Year
awards. Anybody may vote, but your votes may be disqualified, mocked,
burnt, shredded and/or recycled for use as toilet paper or filler for
Fluffy's litter box at the Vote Wrangler's discretion if:

* you are a notorious net.kook (in the interest of compassion and
rehabilitation votes by kooks will be judged on an individual basis
* you attempt to vote twice
* you vote anonymously or with an unidentifiable sockpuppet
* you vote for or against yourself
* you vote in a thread other than this one
* you vote in a newsgroup other than AUK without crossposting to AUK
* you follow up to an incomplete or altered version of the ballot
* you have explicitly been disenfranchised by the Vote Wrangler (votes
by Bobo winners will not be counted
* you have officially been declared non-existent (see above)
* you are under the protection of a Formosa ruling

the year 2006.

Anybody can use a DataBasix email addy because DataBasix in longer
exists.

Besides the RULE is that any and all posts in the Kook award process by
the FNVR must be served by DataBasix. Since DataBasix is defunct these
current awards are invalid.

Kazoo has won KoTY twice, tying him with Pamela Russell of the AMM-J
(Wacko Jacko) group. Of course nobody won KoTY by such a convincing
landslide as Pam. Crappantz has a chance to get close but won't win a
second one.
