(Rachel, I will find an envelope most likely today or the next day & get the CD into the mail for you, by the weekend, I would estimate... the cover art/booklet is minimal, so following would be, I reckon, page two of the "Deluxe Rachel Edition", as I post the lyrics to the (I think) 13 songs on the album, these can be printed out, shrunk to size, and assembled into the collectors item CD booklet, maybe. :D
