What follows is a list of some of my all-time favorite movie quotes.
Anyone who wants to show off their knowledge can guess what movie each
is from.

1. "So I say fuck that thing...let's fight it."

2. "Wait here...I'll be back."

3. "No matter what I have, it feels like I have nothing."

4. "Nobody trusts anybody anymore...I'm very tired."

5. "Machines don't understand sacrifice, and neither do morons."

6. "You are one ugly motherfucker."

7. "You are one ugly mother..."

8. "It can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with. It doesn't
feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever,
until you are dead."

9. "Sorry for the mess."

10. "Now you know what we are, and know you know what you are."

11. "Welcome to _____. For real." (The word in the blank would be a give away)

12. "No matter where you go, there you are."

13. "Nice to see you, _____. Who cut your hair?" (The blank is a name)

14. "Better to die on our feet than live on our knees."

15. "Do you want to die on your feet? Or on your fucking knees?"

16. "I know what happened in Texas."

To add some of my favorite out-of-context quotes:

1) Alone? She won't be alone. The woods will be full of Rumanian
virgins swapping recipes.

2) We have naked people giving us free food.

3) Well, what would you do with a brain if you had one?

#3 is still a line I like to respond to dumb comments with :-)

Waitaminute. Yeah, B.B. said it in his rather strange speech at the
nightclub. But the salesguy at Rekall (in TOTAL RECALL) also said it (or
something like it) during his sales pitch. (Something like, "What's the
same about every vacation you've ever taken? ... You! ... Wherever you go,
there you are!")

I wonder: Are they sugesting that B.B. is still popularly remembered in
the time of 'RECALL?

Okay, a lot of people have said this is from "Buckaroo Banzai", which I
haven't seen, but wasn't there a similar, if not exactly the same, line in
"Repo Man". For some reason I keep picturing Tracey Walter saying this.

Dunno, and I haven't seen either Repo Man or Buckaroo Banzai, but I do
know that the line was used in Total Recall. It was when the sales rep
from Rekall is making his initial pitch to Quaid.
