personally do not like him that much, but that's because he seems like he's
playing the same role over and over again. I don't really care if he's gay or
not. What I do think is relevant is that ever since I saw Bill & Ted's, every
role that I've seen him in was basically the same or just plain pathetic (do
you remember his role in 'Dracula'?).

acting skills or lack there of. He sort of reminds of Clint Eastwoods and
Arnold Schwartzenegar's early attempts. Good action but if they had to say more
than five words together they blew it. Keanu isn't ever believeable in any of
the roles he plays, except perhaps in Bill and Teds. The worst was when he
played an FBI agent chasing down the president thieves. Pathetic.

I read an interview (either Spin or Details or some such mag) that
asked him this question. He said to the effect that he wasn't but "you
never know".
The curiosity about Keanu may seem a bit puerile, but its not an
attempt to stigmatize him or bring him down w/ bad publicity. Keanu
has a gay following who would like to know if he is too. That's the
source of all this.

I think he is starting to improve with his acting -- I really liked him in
Little Buddha (though we had Chris Isaak to make fun of in that one --
talk about lack of emoting :-) )
Also Speed seemed to be somewhat of his forted -- maybe directors are just
realizing what not to have him do (which is talk)

I think Keanu Reeves is a fine actor, and if he's in a movie, that'll
just increase my enjoyment of the picture. Cases include Much Ado about
Nothing, Speed, Point Break, River's Edge, Dracula, Parenthood, and
My Own Private Idaho (while I hated the latter film, i saw it because
REEVES was in it). I'm very happy that, after all the Keanu bashing
that's gone on here for the longest time, he goes out and makes SPEED,
which breaks a hundred million. HAHA!

Not at all. I just don't want some bone-smuggler setting himself as
a real man when he's not. I don't know how actresses can pretend to love
