I need help finding out the name and artist for a song that played in the
background in "Twister." It was when they visited the Aunt the first time
around to eat, and the leading woman(I'm sorry, her name fails me) is
getting dressed upstairs while the guys are eating downstairs.

It's just a guitar and female vocalist, but it really caught my ear and I
found it quite beautiful. Thanks for your help,

Michael

I think you could be mistaken. I remember noticing Tori Amos singing a
song around the time we are introduced to Jo, when Bill wanted the
divorce papers signed near the beginning. I think I was told the song
that I was talking about was by Lisa Loeb.

I am sure this is the song played during that scene. I know because
I recognized it from the MALLRATS soundtrack. I don't know if it's on
the TWISTER soundtrack, though.

Can anyone who bought the "Twister" soundtrack CD tell me if "Respect the
Wind" is the end credits music?

TIA,

Eddie

Respect the Wind is on the soundtrack. And yes, it is the end music.

I don't know if it has been mentioned here, but the version of RTW
played at the end of the movie was different from the album version.
There was some new material, so I assume it was longer, but I didn't
time it...anyone work at a theater? I'd love to know for sure...or
even get a copy...
