I was trying to use a new ULX series Shure hand held transmitter (not
the R series) with the same frequency range as my UCR-411a (Block
26), and I experienced unacceptable sound (ducking, no noise floor) in
mode 6. I found out that Lectro does not support any current Shure
product in terms of compatibility. Mode 6 is for the outdated Shure
equipment.
None of the Sennheiser G2 (my other choice) in mode 3 is made in the
Block 26 frequency range.
Does anyone have any ideas or does anyone else think that Lectro
should update their Mode 6 algorithm (for lack of a better term) to
accommodate Shure's current products as opposed to their older stuff?

So none of these responses are really useful, I just don't understand
this google group. Why respond if you have nothing to say that is
relevant to the question?
You two people want to philosophize about compatibility? WTF?
I'm asking for any other responses (not the two people who have
responded thus far) of people who are using Lectro UCR-411a equipment
with either mode 3 (Sennheiser) or mode 6 (Shure) transmiiters,
