While not completely cross-eyed, Mark Harmon's eyes are not exactly parallel;
they are at about 92 degrees. That probably helped him with his field of
vision when he was the QB at UCLA.

New and improved Joker cosmetics grin: Denise Richards
One you missed:
Unusual Chins - Jay Leno, Bob Hope
... And Bruce Campbell, whose autobiography is titled to reflect that
attribute.
Drew Barrymore has a strong jawline, and Jennifer Aniston's could
qualify as granite.

Robert Patrick, especially in Terminator 2. I think he had them
adjusted after that. And Winona Ryder has ears that sort of make
her head look like a sugar bowl. Does anyone remember actor
Rod Taylor? He has pointy ears, very elfin, very unusual.

Inordinately short arms for body size: Martin Sheen (whose arms are
not the same length), and especially James Spader. I think Keanu
Reeves has noticably short arms for his height, as well.

Kirk Douglas has the deepest chin-butt crack on the planet. And William

Jane Seymour - lopsided smile and another honey.
Stacy Keach - harelip
Steve Buscemi - uneven teeth
Clark Gable - prominent ears

Add Leo McKern.
Tiny little teeth: Lon Chaney, Mel Gibson.

Jean Harlow definitely belongs in that category, too:

And Alan Ladd, but they managed to tape them closer to his skull.
How about that awful scar on the right side of George Macready's face? It ran
from his ear to the corner of his mouth and added a sinister touch to the suave
villains he played in the Forties and Fifties.

Harrison Ford has a scar on his chin.

I'm curious. What exactly makes you a Renaissance man, modern or
otherwise ?
Stockard Channing has a lopsided smile.

I was wondering when someone was going to bring him up. Another classic
"odd" face belongs to character actor Michael Berryman, who appeared in
"The Hills Have Eyes," and other films. Aside from having distinctive
faqcial features, he also has the unfortunate distinction of having no
pores, therefore, he cannot perspire.

He also doesn't appear to have had his teeth capped, which is
pretty revolutionary, these days.
I almost hate to mention Shannon Doherty's mis-matched eyes.
She looks like a Picasso portrait.
And Joe Spinell's whole face, basically...

If we're going down this road....Vincent Schiavelli.

Anyone mention Harold Russell?
Carole Lombard had a scar on her face, the result of a serious car accident
in 1926. Any kind of scar on a leading actress was pretty unusual in the 30s
when she was making her classic films.

For that Picasso look you need go no further than the truly odd face of the
quirky Spanish actress Rossy de Palma (_Women on the Verge of a Nervous
Breakdown_, _Kika_, _Ready to Wear_, etc.).
I think she's a hottie, but where does Julia Stiles fit on the "Unusual
Facial Features" scale?
Even someone who's gorgeous, has some unusual feature that makes them look
unique. I've always found Brad Pitt's prominent nostrils off-putting, plus
his face is kinda scarred up. But he is, nonetheless, a hard-bodied,
square-jawed, cute/handsome guy with an engaging persona.(Swoon...what I
wouldn't do to trade places with Jennifer Aniston for a day.)
From what I've heard, from people who've studied these things, the key
concept is BALANCE. Brad Pitt has two *matching* glaring nostrils. Brooke
Shields has two *matching* bushy eyebrows. On the other hand, if any
feature, matching or not, is EXTREME, that can put the kibosh on
attractiveness.
Rock Hudson is the one actor or actress who has always seemed unnaturally
perfect looking to me. There was an implacability(is that a word?) about the
way that he photographed that I believe kept the audience from really
identifying with him. Though, it could just be me, because he was quite
popular in his day...

Also Lee Van Cleef. With all of Leone's trademark facial closeups, The
Good, the Bad, and the Ugly was something of a squinting contest.
Charles Bronson had a really chilling squint, too.
In _Where Were You When The Lights Went Out_, Robert Morse and Terry-Thomas
compared gaps.

Hmmm, I don't about that, I (even now) do see your point. Instead I see
the square jawed visage needed to carry Superman.

But, the Ex Mrs. Cruz has this attribute.

And in the interests of equal opportunity, Lauren Hutton and Chris Rock.

And the greatest gap-tooth in rock, Ray Davies.
