Here are a few that come to mind (FEEL FREE TO APPEND TO LIST!)

* Satyam Shivam Sundaram: Zeenat Aman in a blouse way too small for her
voluptous body! The mandatory RK waterfall scene -- Zeenie baby in a
clinging white see thru top with nothing underneath. Another top less
scene with a full view of sexy Zeenat Aman changing her top.

* Mera Naam Joker: A far away shot of Simi Grewal walking fully nude near
a lake as her student, Rishi Kapoor, plays the peeping Tom.

* Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai: A close-up view of Padmini's torn
blouse.

* Ram Teri Ganga Mali: It's Mandakini's turn now to take a bath wearing a
see thru' white sari under a waterfall. Another camera shot of her breast
feeding a child.

* Qurbani: Zeenat Aman in skimpy outfits including a string bikini.

* Naari (???): Sarika (now KamalHaasan's wife) appeared fully topless in
this movie.

* Main Aur Tum: Sonika Gil in a family planning film!!!

* Tarzan: Kimi Katkar appears out of the water in a sheer bra-less white
shirt showing a gratuitous view of her ample breasts.

* Tezaab: Madhuri Dixit gets ample opportunity to gyrate her hips in short
dresses and sexy outfits.

* Lootere: Well endowed Juhi Chawla in a white shirt with not much on
underneath bathes in the ocean in a sexy number as Sunny Deol oggles on!

* Zameer: 90's sex symbol, Shilpa Shetty, offers a generous view of her
perfect 10 body in this flop film. The tall and well built Shilpa prances
around in skimpy dresses and micro mini skirts and exercises in sports
bras and tight shorts. Wow!

* Daud: Urmila Matondkar frolics around with Sanjay Dutt wearing next to
nothing.

South Indian Films

* Avalude Ravugal ["Her Nights"] (Malayalam): The most famous scene in the
movie has Seema wearing just her boy friend's shirt with the roving camera
clearly indicating she's got nothing on underneath.

* Premalokha (Kannada): Juhi Chawla's first film featured her prancing
around in tight tops and micro mini skirts. The sexiest scene is probably
the mandatory rain dance minus a bra showing the full contours of her
breasts and nipples. She is introduced in the movie in a very short mini
skirt with the camera focussing solely on the lower part of her body
(famous song)

* Saadhu (Telugu/Tamil): Raveena Tandon gets to display her body in this
South Indian film. Sexy Raveena prances around in denim shorts and tight
tops and generously kisses her shy hero.

* Tick Tick Tick (Tamil): Sexy mystery movie featuring Madhavi in a very,
very skimpy bikini. I think she was the first Tamil heroine to wear a
bikini.

* Thai Veedu (Tamil): This Rajnikanth starrer had Hindi film star Anita
Raaj in a variety of swimsuits, short skirts and figure hugging tops
showing ample cleavage. Never seen Anita Raaj display this much flesh in
Hindu films.

* Nichal Azhagigal ["Swimming Beauties"] (Tamil): South Indian star Radha
prances around in very skimpy swimsuits and shorts. There is even a
generous topless shot of her showering with the hero peering thru' the key
hole. Another scene has her standing proudly in a tight top and shorts
with a smallish tailor dude measuring her vital statistics with an inch
tape!!! Unbelievable for an early 80's movie!

* Mappilai Gounder: Glamorous Saakshi prances around in short skirts and
tight tank tops.

Hmmm.... so the queens of vulgarity include... Zeenat Aman, Madhuri Dixit,
Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, and Urmila Matondkar.... hmmm...

I am glad to see Sridevi not included in this group... though some have
included her in here....

I don't think that is true.. nudity != vulgarity.

And then there have been rumors of Sri being in a blue movie..

Somehow the original author forgot the name Dimple Kapadia.. movies like
Bobby, Sagar, Insaaf etc. are ones worth mentioning (actually in Sagar she
was topless in a scene).

Your list is hardly complete! There are quite a few more Indian movies
with semi-nude scenes. Sridevi, in her early days, acted in a jungle type
movie wearing very little. Anybody remember the name?

Neetu Singh was known for her hot pants and short skirts. Zeenat stepped
out naked from a pond in "Abdullah". As someone else mentioned, Dimple
bathed topless in "Saagar". Tina Munim took practically everything off in
a Dev Anand film. Sunjay Dutt was all over the scantily clad buxom Anita
Raaj in "Mera Haque". Juhi Chawla danced in a transparent wet top in
"Chandni". Karisma Kapoor and Mamta Kulkarni have worn far less in more
recent movies.
