Sharmila Tagore acted in Satyajit Ray's "Apur Sansar" before "Devi".
You know, they say that her celebrity (read, notoriety) was born came
when she wore a bikini in a movie (a first for a Bharatiya actress)
but this is not true. However I forget the name of the actress who
was the first (the name will come to me). Perhaps someone here
remembers.
