This is my first post in Ramli( i have lot of free time nowadays).I am deeply
sorry to have brought you the movie called "Main Solah Baras ki".
I was so deeply infatuated by the heroine bitch Sabrina(due to my eternal youth)
that i couldn't concentrate much on the movie. But sometimes when i think
deeply(which i rarely do) i have consolation in the fact that i never do focus
much while making my films. I deeply regret to have brought shame to the world
of Bollywood cinema especailly to my #1 fans out there on the net, i hope to
make a better film with my brother now, i can give him some tidbits about how to
pick a NRI heroine, shoot a film in foreign locations etc etc. Thanks for
listening.

Sincerely,
Dev Anand- The Evergreen Hero

ps: please don't read the below exaggerated article. The movie is not that
bad. Some people are just out there to defame me.

Main Solah Baras Ki
Starring: Dev Anand, introducing Sabrina, Jas Arora, Neeru
Director: Dev Anand
Music: Rajesh Roshan
Released. Evergreen Dev Anand's latest film took very long in the making. In
this, Dev Anand plays himself.

India's well known film-maker and actor Dev Anand (Dev Anand) goes to London to
attend the golden jubilee ceremony of
his film life. There, most of the Indians are crazy about him and surround him
everywhere for the autographs. There he meets
a 16-year-old Madhu (Sabrina), who is an Indian born. Lonely in life after her
parents' separation, Madhu is an ardent fan of
Dev Anand and wants to join films. Madhu celebrates her birthday with Dev Anand
along with radio journalist Sunil (Jas
Arora).

Dev Anand decides to make a film titled Main Solah Baras Ki with Madhu and Sunil
in the lead pair. Madhu gets infatuated
towards her director who is much older to her. She even announces her plan to
marry Dev Anand. On the side, Sunil tries to
woo Madhu. The concept of the end in this film is very nice where Dev Anand
tells Madhu that now she owes the public and
shows her the way to stardom.

Dev Anand is too old to play this role, where his pairing with Sabrina just does
not match. New comer Sabrina resembles
Tina Munim. But unfortunately she cannot act. Jas Arora is once again (after
Dushman) is in an insignificant role. His
performance is nothing to talk about. Rajesh Roshan's music is good but more
credit goes to Amit Khanna's lyrics. The main
drawbacks of the film are poor screenplay and poor direction.
Rating: Poor

Anand,

If you are surprised by crackpot's flame bait for no apparent reason,
just visit rsc, where he is getting royally screwed by all and sundry.
He is taking off
his frustration on you.

Just ignore him.
