or Italian movie called something like "The creatures from 1 Million BC"

Unless they retitled it for video rerelease, it's just "She". Possibly
one of the *worst* movies ever made (not even "so bad it's good"), and
there is *no* resemblance whatsoever to Haggard's novel, other than the
title. Definitely NOT worth slogging through for a peek at her tits,
IMHO.
Try "All That Jazz" (1981) instead-- IIRC, she does the final version of
the "AirErotica" number in just a thong. She's not in much of the
movie, but she looks her best here and the rest of the movie's worth
watching.

An earlier film based on Lindsay's life (from his own novel) was Michael
Powell's "Age of Consent (1969), featuring a young and lovely Helen
Mirren as a nymphet who poses nude for James Mason. Haven't seen it, but
photos indicate there was sufficient nudity to make it worth looking
for.

Speaking of that, the Mira Nair film Kama Sutra had pretty of nude
pubic hair shots of the two main actresses. One of whom was absolutely
perfect and the gal from Mississippi Masala isn't too bad either.
Although I think her full frontal scene might have been a case of
"stunt bush".

The issue with Fairchild should've been one of the '82 issues, since
"The Seduction" was released that year. The Nov./Dec. '82 issues
would've almost certainly also had shots of her in the annual "Sex in
Cinema"/"Sex Stars" features.

Actually the issue that I remember had to be around 1972. It was a
multi-page pictorial; I can vividly recall a lot of the color red. She
did not show a whole helluva lot, but what a pubescent turn-on in those
days! I've seen pics from this shoot on one or two of the celeb sites.

I'm not so sure you're right about that year. Fairchild was never a
Playmate (AFAIK), and I don't think she was enough of a name value in
1972 to have warranted a full layout otherwise.

Undoubtedly fake, alas. Still, at least when mainstream actresses go for
silicone they keep within the realms of reality in terms of size and shape.
I think I saw one film where she did a topless scene pre-boob-job, but I
can't remember the title. However, if you want a fair idea of Ms Sara's
natural lines then the jacuzzi scene in Ferris Bueller's Day Off will give
you a pretty good idea.
