Ron Harris - Nude Aerobics Video

Remember those slick Ron Harris Aerobics Videos on cable in the '70s?
The models were beautiful and the sets were seemless white turntables
that provided 360 degree views.
Since that time Ron Harris has done the same super high quality videos
with the same models nude. These videos were for sale briefly on a web
site called @EROS. This site has disappeared and with it these excellent
videos.
I am sure all of us would like to one of these videos. If you have any
info about them would you please post the information here.

Oh yeah, I remember watching that show as a wee little lad. :-) It was
"The 20 Minute Workout". Two of the better known women are/were Bess
Motta and Arlaine something (Wright?). From my recollection, they
underwent a drastic staff change. Bess, Arlaine, and a German girl by
the name of Anne (pronounced Annie) moved on to a new season that included
tougher workouts. All the new girls that joined in were always in the
background, never speaking.
As for the older season (I don't know how many seasons they had - I just
watched off and on) I remember instructors like Holly (short hair),
Nicole (long dirty blondish hair, big teeth.. I don't know, she kind of
seemed like a valley girl to me).. and a few others who remained in the
background; Laurie (black curly hair, real cute - I heard her speak a
few times during the intros, but I don't think she ever instructed an
episode), and two other women with dark hair who often appeared together
as the 'instructor's helpers' (both were very pretty!)
What I didn't understand was why they would add/take away girls during
the course of the show. Sometimes the workout would start with (for
example) Bess as instructor with Holly and Nicole in the back. After
coming back from the break (halfway through the show), either we'd see
Bess working alone or either Holly or Nicole missing. Or, the show would
start with Bess and Holly, then after the break at half-time, Nicole was
suddenly working out with them. You know something, I think that's what
kept me watching the show half the time; I liked watching these changes
(however screwy). Of course, it wasn't bad either watching them work up
a sweat. :-)

I had absolutely no knowledge of this! They stopped airing the 20 min.
workout in my area many, many years ago. The fact that Ron filmed these
women working out nude is completely news to me and I have no idea where
those videos can be purchased.

Yes, Arlaine Wright.You are very good.
All those years ago, I used to work at Converse; Bess had an endorsement
contract and would visit the building a couple of times a year. Very nice
young lady. Would never set me up with Nicole :-(.

Suuuuure. At the time, I was moonlighting as a 3rd shift computer operator,
trying keep up with my ex-wife's prodigious spending habits,
so I used to be up at 5:30 in the morning when "20 Minute Workout" aired
locally (after re-runs of "Too Close for Comfort", "She's the Sheriff",
and "The Andy Griffith Show", and right before "The Beverly Hillbillies" [geez
Louise, which brain cell just went off there ??])

Slightly cross-eyed, too, wasn't she ? But in a completely fetching way. I

Sharon Bisset, Sue Carter, Leslie Smith and Anne, who I snipped above,
Schumacher. First season, anyway.

I would pay some serious bucks for such a video. Filmed back in the mid-80's,
of course; now, well let's just say I have pictures of myself from 15 years
ago and I have a mirror and the differences are startling.
