You're right, what an excellent agent you appear to be in looking out
for the financial well being of your clients. "She didn't have to do
it". You should have taped her asshole shut and forced Max to pay the
going rate. But you get your $60 regardless so what do you care if she

structure TIME factor, and to always call(and this is NON-negotiable)
with the amount your getting BEFORE

Of course I can understand obviously that most of the producers (our
business clients) want to get the talent to work as cheap as possible
and do the most they can for the lowest prices.

So let me understand this. You receive a flat fee from the producer
regardless of the amount the job pays. Sixty dollars? As opposed to ohh
say a 10% fee on the amount paid. Where of course now your interest in
obtaining the highest amount for the talent would better serve both
parties. (you and you're client - not the producer) Now if she was
really gung-ho about doing this for $200 and she was made aware in no
uncertain terms of her folly then yeh she must take a lions share of the
blame. And of course she was forewarned of Max's special brand of porn
right? Sadly, there's only one side to this three-sided story. Max I'm
sure would defend his action by saying "look, this is a fucking
business. We deal in human cattle here. If some stupid naive fuck-hole
offers herself up for less than the going rate I'm supposed to say oh no
honey I'm going to pay you $800 more? What would the stockholders say if
I was giving their fucking money away?" If Regan Senter is half as
sleazy as some say he is than I can envision the conversation going like
this:
Regan: Max, listen. I got this naive 19 year-old who doesn't know
shit. She's hot. Now I think I can get her real cheap. You need a girl
today?
Max: Sure.
Regan: Ok. Here's the deal. Instead of the usual $800 I think I can
knock her down. Way down. You hand her $200 and send me another $300.
