I was wondering if anyone has any info on this actor? He was in Matt
Sterling's 'Wild Horses', 'Rip Tide' and five or six other videos in
the mid-90s, then seems to have disappeared.
Somebody called 'Corey Stevens' is listed as being in a couple of
recent videos, like 'The American Way'. I haven't seen them, but I'm
guessing this must be a younger actor.

The "Manshots" online database (which I think is truly outstanding when it
comes to this stuff, even though there is the occasional error; that said,
see below!) only lists two films for Corey Stevens: "Wild Horses"
(Mustang/Falcon, 1994) and Hole Patrol (Mack Studios, 1993).
(Note: The "Manshots" database is incomplete when it comes to "Hole
Patrol." The entire cast list is: Corey Stevens, Blade Thompson, Rob
Cryston, Steve Liparaiti, Tanner Reeves, Kal Murray, Eric Evans, Devyn
Foster, Kurt Wolffe. It is a Mack Studios release, part of their "Gold
Series." I think Mack went belly-up, and Falcon purchased the rights to
their videos. Running time is 110 minutes. No director is listed.)
I own "Riptide," and there's no Corey Stevens listed in the cast. Nor is
the guy who appeared in "Wild Horses" (which I also own) in "Riptide."
It could help if you tell us the other titles you think Corey Stevens
appeared in. (Maybe he did appear under another name. It's not unusual;
Jeff Hammond tried it once, as did Tony Idol, I think. But he's definitely
not in "Riptide.") You're right -- there is a Corey Stevens/Corey Miller in
"The American Way." Only, the opening credits list him as "Corey Miller"
and the end credits list him as "Corey Stevens." HEE HEE HEE! (The
"Manshots" database doesn't list him at all, under either name. The Bijou
CD-ROM database, volume 2, lists him as Corey Miller. The Bijou CD doesn't
list any other Corey Stevens films other the "Hole Patrol" and "Wild
Horses.")

The film I'm thinking of has a beach/lifeguard plotline. As I
remember, Corey Stevens (wearing a red shirt) is a new lifeguard who
has a steamy scene with Bade Thompson on a pvc sofa. Is this Hole
Patrol?
The same scene is edited into one of the 'Hunk Hunt' videos.
Corey was in a few other vids, usually with Blade Thompson. I think
Buff Butts was one of these -- if you are interested I can track down
the others.
I take it the only two you know of are Wild Horses and Hole Patrol?

This is "Hole Patrol."

There's no such video as "Buff Butts." Unless it's another comp tape.
Hardly any databases list the comp tapes, because there's no point in doing
so. Most comp tapes are chopped up versions of far-better films.

The only two ANYONE knows of are "Wild Horses" and "Hole Patrol." Every
single database I know only lists those two films. Maybe your not confusing
the films, but the actors. After all, Corey Stevens looks like a LOT of
other porn stars. He's not a real stand-out in terms of hair, looks, body,
cock, etc. (Tells you something about today's gay porn, huh? There's a
scene in "In Man's Country" in which the performers look so alike, I quite
literally can't tell them apart! Completely sucks.)
