"Avatar" IS "Dances with Wolves" with cartoon characters

"The Postman" but a huge dollop of cheezy misguided morality. Instant
snooze-fest.
"Avatar" is about some legless traitor who sells out his own planet
just so he can remain in some freakish alien body and likely indulge a
fetish to get it on with an alien female. Meanwhile, the film is SO
anti-American you can taste it. The guy's commander has the same
accent and bearing as a Southern American drill instructor. The cast
of humans are all clearly mostly American, not just Earth people.
Meanwhile, the plot (such as it is) concerns the "evil" humans
displacing and killing the blue aliens to get some mineral worth a
couple million $'s (dollars??) a kilo. Apparently, the American
weight measurement system has matured in the future, but not the
monetary standard.
Meanwhile, the PANIC mode the producers are in over whether the movie
is a hit continues, with the trailer now sporting the film CV of James
Cameron as if to prove this will be as good as "True Lies" and
"Titanic." Good luck!!
Terrible FX, blue aliens, anti-Americanism, pacifism, leftism. All
for $300M. Is this Cameron's movie maker "apocalypse?"

You'll have to pass this through the 'Rich-o-Filter'. He hates
cartoons, anime, computer generated effects and graphics, I think
manga, Japanese & all things western pacific in nature.
I think he finds children distasteful, despite (we assume) him having
been one at some point and this leads to hate of self and projection
onto others.
Be that as it may, if you squint a little you can get his rational
squared away.
