But it won't be part of the main Oscar ceremony. I.e., we won't see it
in the Oscarcast, other than a few brief clips. How awesome would it
have been to have it in the main Oscarcast and have EVERYBODY who owes
their career to Corman come up and thank him?

All on one stage: Jack Nicholson, Francis Coppola, Martin Scorsese,
Peter Bogdanovich, Joe Dante, Ron Howard, Allan Arkush, Carl Franklin,
James Cameron, John Sayles, Jonathan Demme, Jonathan Kaplan, etc.,
etc., etc.

Actually you won't even see brief clips. The Academy has said it won't
be filmed in any way. This is a slap in the face to all film buffs.
