Martha Marcy May Marlene is a movie about a young woman who escapes a
rural cult and goes to live with her sister and brother-in-law. The
acting is excellent and who doesn't like a good cult movie. However, I
had a problem with the movie playing games with my mind, with flashback
scenes that are first thought to be taking place in the present. The
movie ends with a cliffhanger as well.
Elizabeth Olson plays the young woman, and I gather she is still a
rather unknown actor. This should change as she is very good
rural cult and goes to live with her sister and brother-in-law. The
