Niggers are subhuman ape-like savages and should be treated as such.
Start by sterilizing all off them at birth.
Castrate all nigger bucks (preferably with a rusty butter knife) and spay those
black ho bitches!
Next make execution mandatory for any crime (felony, misdemeanor or offense)
committed by a nigger.
If a nigger so much as spits on the street, authorize the police to kill it
immediately!
Seize all their property and force them all to live is Mississippi - it's
