Halloween Family tree

Hello, I am very excited about the New H2O movie and decided to go back and
watch the others to relearn the plot. I must have been on drugs when I saw them
originally because they made sense then. Now I can't figure out who is related
to who. Please help.
Wasn't Jamie Lee Curtis' sister the first victim of Michael Myers?
Is the little girl from 4 and 5 her daughter?
What the hell does 3 have to do with anything?

Jamie Lee's sister was killed by Jason. OOPS! Michael! Mike Myers. So it
was Jamie, Mike and sis in that family. Dont remember what supposedly
happened to the parents after Mikey flips out, or if it even explained.

I don't recall the girl from 4 and 5 fits in, but I think you are right,
she might have been Jamie Lee's daughter. Jamie Lee was dead by then, I
don't remember how.

Parts 5 and 6, are horrible, and make no sense. If anyone can explain
them, please do. My confusion started in 5 and 6 was just nonsensical
gibberish to me.

Part 3 was just the name Halloween, the movie makers tried to use the
name alone and make a different movie. Didnt work, so they returned to
the original storyline in 4.

I wouldnt worry though...3-6 are totally ignored in H20. It picks off
where 2 leaves off (well..20 years later).

I rather enjoyed it.

Michael Myers, Jamie Lee, and Judith Myers are all brothers and sisters.
Michael killed Judith. Their parents were killed in a car crash. She (Jamie
Lee/Laurie) was then adopted by the Strodes.
Judith's daughter was the one in 4, 5 ,6 (Mike was the uncle) Michael got
Judith's daughter/ his niece pregant. So they had a kid but I dont the name

Wasn't Mike Myers then on Saturday Night Live? He was also the "Wayne" in
Wayne's World. Party on!
