The History Channel had a James Bond special episode for one of their
series. They interviewed the same guy. He wouldn't tell The History Channel
either. Closest you will probably find is something from Mythbusters, but I
don't think Mythbusters and the Discovery Channel have tackled the barrell
roll as of 2010. They've done a few other Bond shows but not that particular
stunt.

IIRC they said at the time the bridge was a corkscrew shaped ramp.

Yeah, well- the Money Men tell the Script Writer and Director what to
shoehorn into the Picture and ... there you have it on screen.
Lets not forget we also got 'Jaws' biting through Steel Gondola Cable
