Hamlet: Does Kate Winslet sing?

I just saw this movie, and I'm curious if anyone knows whether Winslet,
as Ophelia, does her own singing, or uses someone else's voice.

It sounds the same as her singing in Sense and Sensibility, for what
that's worth.

Ummm, maybe I'm mistaken, but doesn't she speak all of Ophelia's "songs?"

She doesn't speak all of them. Some of them she *kinda* sings, but not
really. She can sing, though, as she proved in Sense and Sensibility.

her suicide -- she sang it. And that was her lovely soprano.

--It says Kate Winslet sings the aria in Heavenly Creatures, so I'm
assuming she can actually sing. I suppose they need some music
coordinator to record in studio though...
