Where do you suppose he got the idea that "copywriting his work" will protect him?

Some lawyer?
Some judge?
Writers Guild of America?

Did some teacher told him that in school?

Maybe he read it in a book somewhere..

I always thought 'writers' were intelligent people...I guess I'm wrong.

If this guy were to simply 'ask God', "If I copywrite my work, and send it to Hollywood, will I be protected?"

God will say, "You must be fuckin kidding Me!!!"

I've got a good idea...

go to this website
http://www.donedealpro.com/default.aspx

and get a copy of recently sold scripts...

then..

change the name of the scriptwriter to your alias name...
and change the script title to a different name...
then
submit it too all the studios and agents.

They'll steal your script and
before you know it all the
studios are suing each other for ...copyright infringement!

Okay, first of all what is this doing in a comic book forum? And,
second, it's "copyright," not "copywrite."

Okay, you ask for it...How did Spiderman get his name? Is Spiderman a surname? Or is that his first name? Or
...or..what about Superman? Is Superman a surname, or is it his first name? They call him Superman because that's his
name right? But is Superman his first name or is it his last name? I suspect, Superman and Spiderman are surnames..I mean
they both end in "man"...you know like Silverman, Goldman, Altman, Feldman, Ironman, Lehman, Sandman, Spiderman, Superman..

Isn't the name Lilith, Adam's his first girlfriend name?

The Starmaker

Is Superman and Spiderman both Jewish?

I mean, I just don't get it...
This guy named Emil Malak from Canada
http://tiuniverse.com/
knows what the *thief* James Cameron looks like..
(who also was born in Canada)
He knows his name
He knows what he looks like
He know he stole from him..
why doesn't he just go after him, ...personally?

Get him alone, put a gun to his head and say "Give me my fuckin money!"

I'm sure James Cameron would do the right thing and pay whatever he
asks.

Man to man.

You take care of it yourself.

You have to handle James Cameron just like any thief on the street...

You see him, you go after him and get what is due to you, what is yours.

You simply tell James Cameron, "If you call the police, when I get out
of jail, I'm going to fuckin kill you!"

But you certaintly don't hire a lawyer to go after James
Cameron...that's...that's like getting your big sister to
beat him up for you, ...sissy stuff.

I don't like sissies.

him and Malak just wants attention for his project.

What i mean is,
using the services
of a lawyer
to sue for
copyright infringement is
just using the lawyer
services as a ...
collection agency.

I say,
somebody owes you money..
collect it yourself.

Why use the services of a ...collection agency?

Al Capone or John Ghotti would never hire a laywer to collect money due
to them, and
Al Capone had a very high IQ.

Al Capone went to prison. Other people that behave in the manner that you
have suggested have also gone to prison, and many more have simply been
killed.

What you're recommending is dangerous, both to whoever takes your advice
and to others.

Going to prison is 'part of that life'...you either die or go to prison.

It comes with the territory..

Don't do the crime if you cannot do the time..

Don't you watch TV?

You want to know what's dangerous, hiring a Hollywood lawyer..
they all work for the studios, ..they are all crooks.

had syphilis and spent a third of his life in prison. He only lived
long enough to do that because Thompson machine guns were very
inaccurate.
