Post your wife's questions to the rec.crafts.misc newsgroup.
That is the only one I know of that deals in general craft questions.
There are some other specific heading under rec.crafts.*** but not
one for tole painting in particular.

My wife's hobby is Tole & Decorative Painting.

She'd like to know where she can talk to someone about Tole & Decorative
Painting.
Is There anyone who is interested in Tole & Decorative Painting over

Does anyone know where any Newsgroup is better?
Also She'd like to know Where the WWW site is?
