Yes, the 21st Century Drum & Bugle Corps Foundation, Inc. does still
exist. In fact, two of the corps that have been helped in the last
six years, Teal Sound from Jacksonville, FL, and Court of Honor from
Atlanta, GA, did well at the DCI Championships in Denver and the
foundation board is very proud to have been a small part of helping
these groups get started.

Before the end of 2004 we will be announcing the placement of a set of
instruments with a brand-new drum and bugle corps and we are currently
expecting several applications to be considered for assistance in
2005.
