WE NEED HELP - INSTRUMENTS

As many of you know, and for those that do not, we've formed a new
corporation, the StarCross Youth Performing Arts Inc. The groups goal
will be to work towards its basic programs of a Drum & Bugle (brass)
Corps, Competing Color Guard, World Percussion Ensemble, a Rock String
Ensemble, and of course, other available programs in the Performing
Arts.
We're in the process of negotiating with a local parish to lease an
entire grammar school and operate out of that location in the near
future offering the kids of the Lehigh Valley, and surrounding areas,
a great opportunity. The StarCross Youth Center will offer
"opportunities" to people who need them.
I'm asking friends, and all others that love the activity, to consider
this request and to forward this request to anyone they know that
might be of assistance. We're looking for musical
instruments.........ALL TYPES………
We can repair or spruce up any old instruments that you may have lying
around and we'll arrange to pick them up if necessary but we need as
many instruments as we can get. They can be brass, reed and string
instruments also any and all percussion instruments.(already have been
offered a piano)How great is that? and we'll arrange to pick that up
as well.
We need brass instruments, clarinets, saxes, guitars,
Bongos, timbales, roto toms, cowbells, cymbals, percussion
accessories, sticks, mallets, marching snares, tenors, and bass drums.
Thanks for taking the time to read. Why should any instrument sit in a
closet or under a bed if we can get it in the hands of a child?
I've got a list of names that can be first hand witness as to how such
a program can and has helped them to where they are today.
