Ken (as loud and critical and objectional to some on here as he is) is a great
judge...
clean, fair, precise and tells you what he sees and what can possibly be
changed to improve... his critiques arent harsh, and arent vague...

If he's such a "great" judge, how come no one has heard of him? What and where
does he judge?

Uh-oh.

"No one" has heard of him? Maybe you haven't, but that doesn't mean no
one else on the planet hasn't.

His judging experience is outlined, logically enough, under "Judging"
on the following bio:

http://www.geocities.com/marchingresearch/Mazbio97.txt

This accompanies his paper, "Who Took The Drum Out Of Drum Corps?":

Well, I read it and I renew my question. Do I have to live in Michigan to know
who he is?

Dunno. He would have to provide more of the details as to when and
where he judged drum corps and band. I'm not sure. Could've been
local/regional, or could've been national. He, and I'm sure others,
can clarify that.

Thanx for posting the URL's, Sue. I had misplaced my notes.

Many of us on RAMD would benefit greatly if we spent the time to read his paper
and bio.

This is very impressive, honestly. I for one never doubted his
experience or know how on what he was speaking of, but just the way he
presented his ideas. I am interested though in reading his paper.
