[ANN] Inform 6.31 all-in-one source package

Hi there, IF fans

I've just uploaded inform-6.31.1.tar.gz to ftp.ifarchive.org/incoming,
which will shortly move to the usual place. It contains fixes for the
bugs found while developing Inform 7. Apart from that, there's nothing
much new.

I'm just checking something about Inform 6.31. On the page
http://www.inform-fiction.org/inform63/whatsnew.html it mentions a 6.31
version with Library 6/12. But I am not seeing this library 6/12 as a
separate download anywhere.

The release notes
(http://www.ifarchive.org/if-archive/infocom/compilers/inform6/ReleaseNotes.pdf)
only indicate a 6/11 library.

I just want to make sure that I'm not missing a 6/12 library somewhere.

No, you're not missing it. 6/12 is a (very long time in) development
version of the library, not likely to be released any time soon. The
"what's new" page is confusing, and should probably be removed
for the time being.
