Weather (new version)

I just put a new release of weather.z5 in
incoming/if-archive/competition.

I know it's close to the deadline, but it's a very small update. The
game mechanics are unchanged. I just added a couple of synonyms that
players recommended, and fixed a room description (in one place, the
sun never set. Sigh.)

And I added the beta-testers to the credits -- an embarrassing
omission of the previous release. :-)
