(Armchair Commentary) - Following are a list of the most notable
horror movies released on DVD and Blu-ray in 2010. We've avoided
using the term "best" (or "worst," for that matter) here, since the
horror genre covers such a wide spectrum of styles and intensities,
and has devoted, even obsessive fans for each category and sub-
category. One viewer's masterpiece is another's 90 minutes of pain,
so we've tried to acknowledge that by offering selections that hew
to two basic criteria: is it frightening (the purpose of a horror
movie, after all), and did the film have an impact (for better or
worse) on the genre as a whole? Here's our Fearful Fifteen:

Any way, not a bad list, though I wouldn't have included all of them.
