8 years ago in school I was exposed to a painting that stuck in my
mind. My teacher at the time told us it was superrealism, she
explained its intention was to be more real than real, and it was, I
can see it as clear today as I did 8 years ago.
Description: In the foreground there is a white wall with large a
window opening on the right side. On the window sill sits a woman,
leaning on the right window frame with one leg up on the sill. Through
the window in the background is a very vivid blue body of water, ocean
I suppose. And that's it, very simple yet so powerful.
The impossible questions: Who was the artist, what was the name of the
piece?
Thanks anyone, very much appreciated.
