hello

my wife and i enjoy abstract art, and have a large blank wall which we
would like to dedicate to a large abstract acrylic or oil. we want
something which would be perhaps 72" x 72" but are flexible on size.
we enjoy bold, but thoughtful material. our absolute top dollar would
be 2,000, but we are looking for something less.

while we are willing to buy a single large painting we realize that it
would have to be shipped rolled in 4" or 6" PVC tubing and we would
have to reframe it here (seattle), before hanging it. alternatively,
we are thinking that we might find something we like in a polytych,
perhaps a tetratych with 36" sections, or a nonatych in 24" sections.

if you have something which might fit our needs please send a jpeg
image to jfka...@yahoo.com and indicate the price. we are not
interested in receiving a notation to inquire about the price, or make
an offer invitation.

if you already have something on the internet at auction that might fit
our needs, just let us know where to look. if we have no direction it
is really tough to find something in particular on e-bay.
thanks

Have you thought of having the art applied to the wall directly?
Perhaps you could commission a local artist?
Maybe 2000 wouldn't get you much though. :-)

Check out art at http://www.artbyus.com .
You might find a good artist there....
