area around the central figure, where the background should be,
which most professionals seem to overcome, and many amateurs too.
Generally the depiction of the human form is careless in all the shown
paintings.
I am amazed. I think the "delicacy of touch" could be accompanied
by a more sure drawing ability. It is possible, without one dominating.
