I'll be moving to Winnipeg soon and I do water colours and oil painting.
Are there any groups in Winnipeg that get together regulary to discuss

I do not remember the answer of my question,
Are watercolors the same as tempera or ink or is it both ?
I used to know the answer 2 years ago, but because of being doing other
stuff I forgot it.
Please let me know, I got a little confused of the kind of painting I
sometimes do.
Do you know a good on-line stores that sells artists (painters) tool kits ?
