Birmingham, UK, Portrait Artist c.1840

Hi

I am trying to get an idea of who may have painted some family portraits in
oils. They are very high quality and I think they would have been painted in
Birmingham , England around 1840. Unfortunately they are not signed. Just
wondering if anyone has any idea who may have been in Birmingham doing this
sort of work at that time.
