Fantastic/Surreal/Psychedelic/Visionary Art Book/Website

I am collecting material for a planned book on Fantastic Art, which will
include a comprehensive dictionary listing some 3,5000 concise bio- and
complete biblio-/filmographies of all the artists from the Renaissance to
the present (all those I have been able to discover and document that is)
who have worked in the fantastic/surreal/visionary vein.
Please drop me a line if you are an artist or know of any artists, perhaps
as yet still unknown to me, whose work you believe merits their inclusion in
the book.
