can i crossreference everything. ie, if i type in a year, will i be
able to pull all my artwork/images for that year. if i type in a
gallery, will it pull allthe artwork/images from that gallery. price,
size, medium,,etc, etc
can i crossref any catagory i choose. can i click on thumbnail images
to pull up a full image?

Yes, all the data is stored in a database in a way that allows you to
perform searches.
For example, you can search and view (and print the list) works bought
from X gallery during 1992,
or...
works that were sold to Y gallery during Feb. 12, 2001 and Mar. 2,
2001,
or...
works that were consigned to Z auction house in the last 3 weeks of
2001,
or...
works that are oil on canvas and and are longer then 60cm,
or...
works that were bought in partnership with Mr. Smith.
In fact you can search by almost any detail and combination of fields.
