I'm a french artist painter. I'm working with the same technics than Pollock
and i would like to try an exposition on usa, for example in California, the
pollock's homelande. I think my work is nearer the ameriacn school. You can
have a look on my work on www.artmajeur.com/zahia. I will be happy to have
your thoughts. I will help me to develop more and more my art. Thanks a lot.

I don't know that the Pollocks ever set foot
in California, although his wife probably has.
Jackson and his wife were both
east coast artists. California is on the
opposite side of the continent. And for
anyone wanting to break into the USA art
scene, entry is still through New York City,
not the West Coast markets.
Pollock grew up in California (& Arizona) and began his study of art at the
Manual Arts High School in LA. (The same school that produced Jimmy
Doolittle, Lawrence Tibbet,Frank Capra, Harold Lehman, among others....)

made based on it...just as soon as I recover
from my foot-in-mouth infection...
