A sale of original Artwork produced for the well-known comics of the
1970's-1980's, including Buttons, Countdown, Pippin, Playlands and
T.V. Comic.
The archive comprises over 2,000 pieces of artwork by many well known
illustrators and includes colour covers and inside storyboards, again
many in colour.
Famous characters include: Bagpuss, Barney Bear, Bugs Bunny,
Camberwick Green, Captain Pugwash, Doctor Who, Grange Hill, Ivor the
Engine, Mary, Mungo and Midge, Morph, the Pink Panther, Popeye,
Stingray, Thunderbirds, Tom and Jerry, Tripods, the Wind in the
Willows, the Wombles and many more.
All are to be sold with full copyright and without Reserve.

If only I had the money... : (
Anyone who wants to url over to http://www.bonhams.com should check
out the picture of the Tripods art. Well out my budget, but very nice
illustrations.
