Temple of the Forbidden Eye inscriptions

Okay, everyone, it's summer project time!
I went on the Indy ride recently and got a photo of one of the
wall inscriptions inside the temple. I misplaced my decoder card
for a few days but managed to figure out the inscription anyway.
Now I have my decoder card back and have also downloaded a few
of the photos that John Perry has on his FTP/WWW site. So I figure,
hey, why not start a list of the inscriptions and ask RADers to
add to it? (I may be able to add more when the friend who was at
Disneyland with me gets his photos developed.)
Here are the ones I have so far:
Mara shall guide you through the doorway of your
most secret desire in the chamber of destiny
Only the blind shall see
Tsue rewards await those who choose wisely
[Yes, it really *does* say "tsue"! I'm surprised that AT&T
hasn't made Disney fix it... :-) ]
There's also one photo on John's site that ends with "...and vigor",
but I can't make out the rest.

Disneyland Indiana Jones Queue - The Writings on the Walls
Translated below are some of the writings on the walls inside the Indiana Jones
attraction queue at Disneyland.
I took photographs of the codes and finally took the time to figure out the
ones I could make out in the photos.
SPOILERS BELOW
Before entering the Temple of the Forbidden Eye, see if you can find the stone
diety that has a moustached (is that Walt?).
The murals aren't labeled with specific titles so I'm just making up titles for
identification purposes.
TEMPLE OF THE FORBIDDEN EYE MAP
Once you enter the temple there will be one painting depicting a map of the path you
will follow. It shows the Jungle Cruise (and what looks like some guy surfing off of
Schweitzer Falls), Mara setting ablaze some unfortunate soul (if we name them Larry,
Moe, Curly and Shemp then Curly is being turned into a curly fry ;-)).
On the upper left is the warning:
BEWARE
THE FALSE
PATHWAYS
THAT LEAD
TO DEATH
in the upper right:
BEWARE
THE DEATH
BOOBYTRAPS
THAT LURK
WITHIN
And on the bottom right:
TEMPLE OF THE FORBIDDEN EYE
LOOK NOT INTO THE EYES
OF MARA AND YOU SHALL GAIN
ADMISSION TO THE TEMPLE OF
YOUR GREATEST SECRET DESIRE
(Hmmm, could that be the secret entrance to Club 33? ;-) )
Next mural is of Mara and the Forbidden Eye (amulet) that you aren't suppose to look at
(Ack! Too late!). Mara's eyes are closed which is probably why all the treasure is being
spilled. No alphabet here to decipher but do those three coins form a Hidden Mickey?
Do some of the pearls also form an upside down Hidden Mickey? Your imagination can
play tricks on you inside the temple. ;-) In my book they aren't HMs but
some others might.
Next is a LARGE WARNING SIGN that reads:
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO
PASS BEYOND THIS
CHAMBER WITHOUT A
SERVANT OF MARA
TO GUIDE YOUR PATH
HEED THIS WARNING
OR RISK INCURRING
THE WRATH OF MARA
FOR DOOM AWAITS
THE UNBELIEVER IN
THE DARKNESS BEYOND
Oh shudder if you have ventured forth without visiting the restroom beforehand!
Next is the OBELISK. This four-sided stone figure depicts unfortunate souls meeting
their untimely and horrible deaths. Cobra death, spike room death, and two others too
horrible to mention (okay, I forgot what they were).
Next is a BRONZE BLIND MARA with the inscription above it that says:
ONLY THE
BLIND
SHALL SEE
There are some button like things on the stone. Push them and...nothing happens.
Well, nothing happened the night of the Enchanted Evening. Alright, so there are holes
everywhere for the lifting of the stones into place. Just thought I'd start a harmless
rumour about the ONE button that when pushed will...put gum on your finger (gee, I
hope no one actually sticks gum in these holes).
Next is a stone statue of this FOUR ARMED VULCAN seated in the lotus position.
Alright, it isn't Mr. Spock but those thingamajigs above the ears sort of make give it a
Vulcan pointer ear look. Sign above says:
EARTHLY
RICHES
Then you come across TWO WATER FOUNTAINS. The inscription above says:
ONLY ONE STRONG
OF BLADDER SHOULD
DRINK OF THE WATERS
;-) Jus' kidding folks. It really says:
ONLY ONE SPRING
CAN RESTORE
YOUTH AND VIGOR
[Pitcher pouring water]
CHOOSE WISELY
But there are no rest rooms (didn't expect any in a temple) and it would
probably be difficult to get out of line in some areas.
And then on the wall next to that are the words:
DRINK DEEPLY
THE WATER
OF LIFE
You then pass through the ENTRANCE TO THE SPIKE ROOM with an eye above it.
Words are all around the opening. I didn't make all of this one out.
BEWARE THE DEADLY BOOBY TRAPS
THAT ARE(?) HIDDEN

WEALTH

You then pass a sign that says:
WARNING!
Do Not Disturb Bats!
(btw, that ones in English).
There might be something to activate bats? ;-)
STONE DISC WITH SPIKE
Didn't make all of this one out (some letters upside down?).
OF DOOM ANY EVER CO
You then enter the SPIKED ROOM. Remember - do not disturb any poles. ;-) I
believe one of the unfortunate souls was my Scoutmaster. "Follow me, boys,
follow me eeeeeek!!!"
You then enter the CAVERNOUS ROOM. There's a large eight-sided stone tablet.
There's an inscription around the edges and around the middle circle. Sorry but I didn't
decipher all of this one either.
You then enter the BIG SCREEN TV ROOM. Sports bar. Towards the back are
THREE STONE TABLETS.
The bottom reads:
BEHOLD THE GIFTS OF MARA.
I can't make out the letters on my photographs to decipher the three tablets.
You then get to see a room full of expedition artifacts.
Near the loading dock is an inscription that reads:
ONLY THE PURE OF HEART
SHALL GAIN ADMISSION
INTO THE CHAMBER OF DESTINY
Can't wait to ride this one! (or should I say I will have to *wait* to ride
this one).
