Ken Anderson, Disney Artist, died 12/13/93

Ken Anderson, associate of Walt Disney and art director at Walt Disney
Productions, died December 13, 1993. Anderson worked for 44 years at
Disney as an architect, artist, animator, writer, and designer, and was a
principal designer of Disneyland.

His animation work included "Snow White", "Song of the South", "101
Dalmatians", "Pinocchio", "Fantasia", was a color stylist for "Alice in
Wonderland", and created the character of Shere Kahn for the feature "The
Jungle Book."

Anderson retired from Feature Animation in 1978, continuing to work for
Walt Disney Imagineering. Anderson, 84, died of a stroke in La Canada
Flintridge.
