Let me spell it for ya. "T I Double g ER" spells Tigger.
He says it more in the old A's of Winnie the Pooh rather than the
modern episodes.
Around these parts it is popular .sig line... =)

Tigger says this. Incidentally, I mention this in the rec.arts.disney FAQ,
question 25:
TTFN = Ta Ta For Now. This abbreviation and explanation was first used by
Tigger in "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" and has come into
widespread usage among the member of the online community.
