Remember Epcot's Horizons

If you've ever dreamed of what promise the future holds, you may also
wonder what those who came before us thought of the future. What if
there was a place where you could experience all those visions, moving
from "futures past" to a bright, very possible future that has yet to
be realized.

What if we saw the many members of a family of the future, spread out
across the cities of tomorrow, and even as far as colonies in
space--yet bound together by the very innovations that let them
explore and live in these exotic places.

What if such a place really existed. Well, it did. For nearly 15
years, Horizons in Walt Disney World's Epcot told not only the story
of finding the future, but of the people who lived there.

Sadly, it is no more. But the spirit of this great adventure lives on,
in The Horizons Tribute.
