Thursday May 24th through Sat May 26th (3 nights). Staying at ASM. (I'm
cheap.)

Then on Sunday, it's the auto train back to Virginia and I hope a
pleasant drive back to PA.

Now to make dining reservations...

It can be done as long as you're willing to settle for some of the more out-of-the-way venues. Sanaa, for instance, is almost always a walk in and offers quite decent Indian food with a savanna view. Although stay way from the spinach paneer--too salty.

I agree with Caren. I got pretty good APs on the DAY OF when we were
there last September with the kids.

btw, the 2.5 YO, now 3YO still remembers and asked to go back today.

Made the following reservations (I ruled out the venues which require a
credit card)

Thursday supper Germany Biergarten
Friday Lunch Grand Floridian Cafe
Friday Dinner Contemporary Wave
Saturday Dinner Sanaa
Sunday Breakfast Boma

The rest will be spur of the moment in the parks and I expect at least
one meal somewhere in Celebration and one in the Studios.

Those are both places that really never needed and ADR. I remember eating
at both places as a walk-up and not even having to wait for a table.

I've never eaten at these two places, though I've heard good things.

I've not had breakfast at Boma. Actually, I didn't realize they even
served breakfast.

You're in Florida right now, aren't you? Becomeing a snowbird? :-)

Not impossible. There are a few really good restaurants that no one
seems to want to go to. For instance, Restaurant Marrakesh. Boma
is even possible.

Depends on the crowds...

Had breakfast there twice. Both times were *excellent*. Make sure
you get the juice. :-)

Yes I am a snowbird. I take flight several times a year. I make two to
three round trips (PA-FL) a year.

I have to agree with her majesty. Sanaa was one of my top threee when I
was there a couple years ago. The food was better than the view, and
the view was spectacular.
