Okay, I know it's not as scandalous as the alleged 'SEX' in TLK, or such
stuff. But if you check out the little girl's piano music during the
Gershwin sequence, you'll see 'DOUG' (three times) and 'WONG' (once). I
note that one of the animators listed for the segment is a Wong, though
not a Doug Wong. Does anybody know who Doug Wong is? What's the story?

the second time I saw Fantasia I caught a couple of names on the books when the
little girl was at dance class that seemed to be the names of a Disney
Animators. Also in the RiB segment, the hotel was named the "Goldberg" after
the director of that segment.

Al Hirsfield, who's style the sequence is in. Always hid the name of his
daugther NINA in his drawings. To make is a bit easier. The Number next to
his name is the number of NINAs in the piece. There is always one. Usually
it is in the hair, or on the folds of a sleave.
There are Dosens of these names in the background. They would be the
children of the artist.
I have a book, I got about 25 years ago which was to be a retrospective of
his work. Last I heard he is still at it, nearly 100 years old. There was
a biography on him last year or so he has been drawing for like 90 years.

It is a matter of grave importance that fairy tales should be
respected ... everyone who has considerd the subject knows full well
that a nation, without fancy, without some romance, never did, never
can, never will, hold a great place under the sun
